Miles J. Weston Jr., 69, of Birmingham, passed away Tuesday. He was preceded in death by his mother, Viola Weston and his father Miles "Jack" Weston. Mr. Weston was a graduate of Huntsville High School, and received his BA at the University of Alabama at Huntsville. He received his Master of Arts at the University of Alabama in 1973. He spent his career working as a CPA before retiring in 2011. Mr. Weston was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Weston; and son, Miles J. Weston III (Hilary) of Birmingham. He was a loving grandfather to Savannah, Jackson and Samuel Weston. Survivors also include his brother, Donald V. Weston (Kitty) of Ardmore; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday June 7 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home in Huntsville, AL.
