DOROTHY (DOTTIE) MITCHELL HOUSER

Dorothy (Dottie) Mitchell Houser, died on Sept. 3rd ,after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 64. She is survived by her beloved husband Russell Axson Houser; her precious son; Thomas McGinn Lewis, both of Peachtree Corners, GA; her father Edgar Mitchell and wife Dean of Huntsville, AL; a much loved sister; Trudy Horne and husband Bill of Canton, MS; nephews, Will Horne of Boston, MA, John Horne of Baltimore, MD, and Henry Horne of Murfreesboro, TN; and niece Carolyn Sewell and husband Richard of Arlington, VA. Dottie was born in Greenville, SC, but grew up in Huntsville, AL, graduating from HVS HS. She attended Sullins College in Bristol, VA. She has lived in the Atlanta area since the mid-70's and called Georgia home.
