Comments:
Graduated West Point in 1966 and served in Europe, Vietnam(1968-1969) and US. While on active duty graduated from Creighton University Medical School (1976) and then orthopedic surgery residency in El Paso, TX until 1980. Retired from Army in 1987 after 21 years in Columbia, SC and began private practice with Moore Orthopedic Clinic. Was recalled to active duty for the First Gulf War then returned to private practice. Started smaller practice in 2004 and fully retired in 2012 and now live in Fort Myers, FL.
